My Story

My name is Daniel Dillon and I am from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia (Canada). I am currently living in Flin Flon, Manitoba, where I am the head of the History Department and teaching World Issues, Geography and Computer Technology. I am an amateur photographer in my free time, and I also enjoy snowboarding, cross country skiing and videography.

Over the past decade I have become more open-minded and globally aware as a result of living, working, and traveling in twenty-six countries including Ecuador, Holland, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China, South Korea, Thailand, and Argentina. As a result I have had the opportunity to expand my portfolio and capture some wonderful images.

I am looking forward to sharing my photography and experiences through this website and I hope to learn from other bloggers, and continue to improve my technique and approach as a photographer.
